School Feeding Programme

In 1997, we altered the internal layout of our facility to accommodate a commercial kitchen specifically for the purpose of supplying school lunches via The Ministry of Education’s School Nutrition Programme. Ironically, our involvement in this highly structured programme has renewed our focus on the HACCP system including hygiene, sanitation and safe food handling practices.

In September 2001 we moved to our new location. The kitchen has increased in size and is of a superior layout as the previous kitchen.

These photos depict a typical day in the kitchen. This kitchen is also used for catering for parties and other special events: Christmas, Carnival, dinners, lunches, fetes etc.
